Pioneer Day Parade

Well, I guess I am going to continue to go back in time a little bit. On July 24th, we went to Panguitch for the Pioneer Day Parade. This is a tradition that happens every year. We usually go to Panguitch with Gary's parents and sit in front
of Grandma Foy's cafe. This year Gary's sister Jolyn and two of her kids, KrisAnne and Travis went with us. The kids love to pick up candy thrown from the floats. They even saw Darth Vader and a couple of Storm Troopers walking down the street (what Vader has to do with pioneer day is anyone's guess). At the end of the parade, the fire trucks travel down the road and shoot water straight in the air. That is probably the kids favorite part - they love getting wet!

Afterwards, we ate at Subway and the kids spent the rest of the day playing outside and we spent the day playing card games. Overall, it was a pretty fun day!
