Spring Break Fun

Spring Break for the kids occurred Easter Weekend, April 8th - 13th. It was fun to have family come down from Orem for the weekend. The kids had fun riding golf carts around town, taking the BB guns out and shooting "stuff", playing games, having sleepovers at Grandpa & Grandma's house, watching movies, and a list of other things I'm sure I don't want to know about! The Monday after Easter, everyone travelled to St. George where we met up with more family! The kids had so much fun eating lunch at Pirate Island Pizza (like a Chuck E. Cheese type place) and playing all the games.

The kids then had a great time swimming at Sand Hallows. We thought we would never get them to leave!

After swimming, the family had a great and delicious dinner at Gary's sister Jolyn's home. The fun continued as the kids played outside and the adults visited, played "farkle", and watched the Utah Jazz game.

The next day, after a morning of shopping (or should I say "searching" for little girl's sandals), we ate lunch at the In 'n Out Burger and then went to the movies. All the girls went to see The Hannah Montana Movie and all the boys went to see Monsters VS. Aliens.

The kids didn't want to leave their cousins and all the fun, but since they had already missed one day of school, we headed back for home. The kids were dragging the next day but are already talking about our next fun trip. Thanks to all our family for such a fun Spring Break!
